What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is straightforward: if you cancel your tour at least 72 hours before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about our policy. Thank you for choosing us for your adventure!
What time do we meet our tour Guide/ What time does the tour start?
We encourage you to select your preferred start time for the excursion. However, we recommend that you disembark from the cruise ship once it has docked to ensure you make the most of your time and enjoy all the experiences available.
When do I pay my balance?
Your balance is due in CASH on the day of the tour; We don't accept credit cards due to high taxes in our country.
What if I don't have PayPal?
We encourage you to use or create a PayPal account for the deposit since we do not take any other form of payment for the deposit due to the high fees we suffer with taxes in Honduras.
CAN WE STILL HUG THE SLOTHS
As of now March 2025 everything normal and you are still able to hug the sloths at all the Sloth Parks that we use in your bookings. We have changed the description of our tours but thankfully you can still HUG THE SLOTHS. In case this changes we will inform on our website and social media.
What's the weight limit on the zipline?
The weight limit is 350 lbs ; so most folks are able to enjoy this activity with no problem at all.
Is our Tour private?
The tour can be made private for an additional $20 per person. To use this option, simply include it in the notes section of the booking form. We look forward to providing you with a personalized experience!
How can I Help the church or donate?
The best way is either through sending funds through a wire transfer to our church bank account or our business PayPal. You can also email us directly so we can help with this.
Do you provide service for people on Wheelchairs or walkers?
Yes we do provide private tour service for folks in wheelchairs or walkers so that you can also enjoy an awesome tour in Roatan. Please put in the notes section of the booking form that you will be coming in a Wheelchair or walker; Please also indicate if you can walk a little or need to stay on the wheelchair at all times so we can have the proper transportation.
